A588GrK Weathering is an atmospheric corrosion-resistant high-strength low-alloy structural steel plate suitable for welding, riveting or bolting structures, but it is mainly used for welded bridges and buildings that require weight reduction or life extension.

The atmospheric corrosion resistance of A588GrK steel plate is significantly better than copper-containing or copper-free carbon structural steel under most environmental conditions. This steel, A588GrK, is suitable for many applications in the bare (uncoated) state when fully exposed to the atmosphere. The thickness of A588GrK steel plate is less than or equal to 200mm.

Delivery status of A588GrK steel plate: hot rolled, normalized, tempered, normal + back, quenched and tempered. Different delivery states can be selected according to different needs.
