The addition of these elements, while improving the strength of the steel, also deteriorates the weldability of the steel. The steel is alloyed by adding Cu element to improve atmospheric corrosion resistance. The content of Cu is high, reaching 0.32%, and Cu element is an element that is easy to cause welding hot cracks.
